MISSION

MISSION

My mission is to share the experience my corporate life provided and to pass on the skills, lessons and examples this corporate experience gave me over many years. My objective in this mission is to assist in the growth of my clients in their personal and professional life. In line with the belief that to be most effective as a corporate executive an individual can best perform in their job when they experience a true feeling of self realization in their lives, my coaching will endeavor to assist the client in the creation and maintenance of this self realization.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Key to Executive Coaching is the broad desire of clients to follow a path of personal development.
In the executive coaching process this takes place when the coach works with the client to establish clarity in the clients’ perception towards what the client wants to accomplish under the umbrella of personal development. This involves the client being able to establish priorities in the pursuit of personal development.
My coaching style includes an emphasis on facilitating the clients own meaning of their personal development and to make room in the coaching space for the client to recognize and expand their own ideas of how they want to develop their lives.
This includes working with the client in setting priorities in their lives and to establishing their own knowledge of where they are and where they want to be in their lives.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

The vision for my Executive Coaching practice includes the goal of the client experiencing a journey specializing in facilitating cultural and behavioral change modification.
The ideal client will be currently aspiring to be employed or employed in an executive or managerial role in a corporation.
The purpose of the coaching is to allow the client to actively pursue his or her dream in the corporate work environment.
The client’s own dreams, goals and aspirations can be developed within the alignment of the goals of the corporation.
The client will be encouraged to view the expressed corporate goals in a balanced perspective to allow a self realized existence with work and personal life.
Sometimes this will entail a change of perspective and the creation of clear objectives in the achievement of the ultimate balance between the client’s corporate and personal life.

COACHING STYLE

COACHING STYLE
As the methodology of executive coaching is one of forward movement, action oriented coaching; my coaching style is motivated by the need for the client to be working toward a behavioral modification in three possible aspects of their lives:
• Career goals. The clients’ career goals are a primary target of advancement in the coaching priorities. Improvement in prospects, improved pay, greater status and greater fulfillment in the clients work life are definite advantages in life that the client will experience through the satisfactory accomplishment of career goals.
• Family goals. An individuals’ family life is intrinsically connected to all aspects of life in general. So a life of balance between work and family, and personal satisfaction with this balance are very important to the individuals’ performance at work and through the whole of their life. Executive Coaching can create equilibrium in the various components of a persons’ life and establish a harmony and comfort between work and family life.
• Personal goals. Blending career, family and personal goals is a very important action for a client to pursue. Coaching can facilitate a nurturing process in all three of these goal oriented, action steps towards their fulfillment. Personal goals can include small and large goals involving such desires, as where to spend vacations, or how personal fitness can be achieved. Everyone has different personal goals. One person’s personal goal can be another person’s nightmare. Only the individual can establish their own personal goals, based on their own aspirations, dreams and inspiration. The coach can assist the client in the perception, clarification and embodiment of these personal goals and facilitate the realization of these goals within the clients own actions.
